Position Summary:

As an Aggregate Spend Account Manager, you will be a member of the Aggregate Spend team within the MedPro Compliance Advisory group. The Aggregate Spend team is primarily responsible for new customer implementations and ongoing customer support, with Account Managers leading the provision of contract services and owning the customer relationship. They are responsible for delegating tasks to members in other specialty areas and collaborating across the MedPro Compliance Advisory group to maintain a high level of customer service. This role will report to Manager - Aggregate Spend Services, and will have a flexible work location with the expectation of in-person attendance for critical meetings in our Mt. Arlington, NJ office.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage the provision of all services set forth in customer contracts ensuring effective and timely delivery to the account
  • Delegate implementation and support tasks across Technical, Regulatory, and Data Services resources
  • Maintain the ongoing customer relationship and a high level of customer satisfaction through continuous monitoring and customer service emphasis across resources
  • Serve as project manager on customer implementations while tracking milestones, documenting progress, and managing resources for timely completion
  • Maintain expertise in the business and regulatory requirements of Aggregate Spend as well as the MedPro ComplianceReportingID application
  • Perform ongoing proactive business reviews with accounts to identify and share insights, analyze data reports, and highlight necessary steps for optimal compliance reporting
  • Guide customers through annual compliance reporting seasons while tracking progress and coordinating cross-team preparatory tasks for timely and accurate completion
  • Lead ad hoc support meetings with customers to walk them through inquires and identify solutions to issues
  • Provide detailed system and task-oriented training for customer resources and associated vendors
  • Create and maintain detailed account information in a centralized location for team reference
  • Collaborate with other Account Managers to develop tools and strategies for success
  • Identify opportunities for expanded MedPro services and relay to appropriate departments

Technology/Software Knowledge

  • JIRA/Confluence preferred
  • Monday.com preferred

Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required in any discipline; preferably in business, technology, and/or compliance coursework
  • 2+ years of post-collegiate job experience; Account Management experience preferred
  • Pharmaceutical or Medical Device industry experience preferred
